Module 4 is a five-day intensive study Module aimed at Overseas Trained Professionals who are seeking registration for clinical professional practice in Australia. The Module is interactive therefore allowing ample opportunity for those attending, to get personal and individual support. A significant proportion of time will be spent in simulation activities. These have been designed to replicate the processes used for professional assessment in Australia.
Module 4 is tailored according to assessment requirements for registration to practice in Australia. This Module is highly recommended for candidates for professional examinations.
Module 4 covers the following topics:
• Clinical Dentistry 1 Examination (Restorative)
• Clinical Dentistry 1 Examination (Endodontics)
• Clinical Dentistry 1 Examination (Paedodontics)
• Clinical Dentistry 2 Examination (Periodontics, Prosthodontics)
• Clinical Dentistry 3 Examination (Oral Surgery, Oral Diagnosis, Radiography)
We suggest that you familiarise yourself with the Module in advance so that you get the maximum benefit when you attend. If you have specific questions, our staff will be happy to discuss these during the five-day Module. If you require additional ongoing support (for example, assistance in identifying additional material or developing an individual study plan), this will form an element of the ongoing mentoring programs. You may choose to enrol in the mentoring program and AAPS staff will be happy to work with you to ensure that you have a tailored package to suit your individual needs.
