Payments and Refunds
Places in the Module are limited and will not be confirmed until full payment of the fee has been received. AAPS will provide 28 day invoices to those participants who prefer to pay by cheque.
Full refunds will be made for cancellation of an enrolment made at least 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the Module. A 50% refund will be made for a cancellation by an attendee between 8 and 4 weeks prior to the commencement of the Module. No refund will be made for cancellations made within 4 weeks of the commencement of the Module.
AAPS reserves the right to cancel a Module and if this occurs, all attendees will receive full refunds. A condition of enrolment is that any claims for reimbursement will be limited to the refund of the Module fee in such circumstances.
