On completion of Module 4, AAPS staff will provide details of additional ongoing support through the AAPS Mentoring Program.
The Mentoring Program offers a range of customised opportunities for health care workers and their families. These include:
•
Support for spouses
•
Individual professional support
•
Individual personal support
These services are determined after discussing requirements with individual clients and their families.
Support can be provided through regular electronic communication, teleconferencing, videoconferencing and practice visits. Participants will therefore be provided with an individually customised package of personal and professional support. AAPS will maintain its support for clients by annual agreement.
Jane Taylor will be happy to discuss the Mentoring Program with any participant.
