To complement the formal programs, AAPS offers a range of customised opportunities for health care workers and their families. These include:
• Individual professional support
• Individual personal support
• Individual support for spouses
These services are determined after discussing requirements with individual practitioners and their families.
Support can be provided through regular electronic communication, teleconferencing, videoconferencing and practice visits. Practitioners will therefore be provided with an individually customised package of personal and professional support. AAPS can maintain its support for practitioners by annual agreement.
