Applications should include copies of all professional documentation and should outline both experience to date and rationale for seeking support from AAPS. All applications must be accompanied by a completed application form.
Successful applicants will be provided with a personal and professional development program, specifically tailored to the applicants needs. This may include formal programs and mentoring opportunities.
Practitioners will be provided with a formal agreement that provides details of the individualised program. Practitioners may choose to accept or re-negotiate the agreement prior to signing a program contract. Each contract will be for twelve months duration but may be re-negotiated during or after this period according to need.
