AAPS also provides support for individuals and organisations wishing to recruit and retain a health practitioner.
As leaders in the fields of dental health and health law the acute shortage of dental health professionals in rural and remote Australia and the devastating effect that this has on the general health of the community is well known to us.
AAPS is able to provide support for recruitment and retention of health professionals by professional colleagues, health providers, potential employers, local Council and both State and Federal Government.
AAPS provides a range of support services for professionals wishing to practice within the Australian health system and offers unique support to spouses and families. Our suite of services aims to equip future colleagues with the necessary skills, knowledge and attributes to allow them to make a smooth transition into the Australian health workforce. We provide a combination of formal programs and individual mentoring according to client needs. Our services are customised, flexible and timely.
AAPS welcomes enquiries from those seeking support for professionals as one element of retention packages. We are able to customise our support to suit you and we are available to discuss your needs.
